Life is full and crazy busy most of the time but it is vital to take some of that time to improve your personal well being and to breathe, rest, and relax! That is were I come into the picture! As a wife and a mother of four busy children, who keep me on my toes, I know how important it is to take some ME time!

 

In 2006 I received my Therapeutic Massage License from the state of Oregon. From then on I have been able to therapeutically help family, friends, and neighbors with their physical needs. I was also able to show them how sometimes they just need to simply relax through Sweedish massage and the different modalities I studied, such as Thai fusion, deep tissue, therapeutic and biomagnetic cupping, and hot stones.

 

As my youngest daughter was getting ready to join her older brothers and sister in elementary school I had an amazing opportunity to open my own studio.  On April 1st, 2013 the doors to THRIVE massage & bodyworks PDX opened. I wanted to create an environment in which a mixed group of independent contractors could work individually but not alone under one shared location. Here, at THRIVE massage & bodyworks PDX, we are able to provide a variety of modalities like acupuncture, essential oils, holistic wellness systems, natural teeth whitening, skincare, and therapeutic massage.  It has been an amazing experience so far and I look forward to reaching and helping more people within the Portland area!
